Giondraga & Partners ("G&P") is an Indonesian law firm based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, founded by three Indonesian lawyers holding law degrees from three different jurisdictions — Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Focus: commercial litigation, construction, property, immigration, land acquisition and investment law.

Through initial consultation we absorb the details of your matter and tailor a game plan specific to your needs — every arrangement is confirmed in writing before representation begins.

External Legal Division

For clients with no internal legal department. G&P handles matters end-to-end — SOPs, documentation, licensing and monitoring — with a lawyer seconded on request.

Retainer Fee

A fixed monthly fee covering up to 40 hours of legal services, recommended for engagements of two years or more.

Hourly Fee

Billed by actual hours rendered, tracked with a detailed monthly time sheet for full transparency.

Package Fee

A fixed sum agreed per project or as a percentage of transaction value — best suited to non-retainer, single-matter engagements.
